How is Refork currently doing with its production?
The factory in Prague produces forks, knives, and spoons through an injection molding process. Since March, we have expanded our portfolio to include the production of straws. The company actively trades with these articles, and the trade balance is already on an upward trend.
What is Refork currently working on?
The sales department is currently working intensively on the acquisition of new customers. The production department is working on reducing cost prices and increasing the mechanical properties of products. The goal is a cheaper material and a more durable product that we are preparing for the 2023 season.
Where does Refork ship its products?
We currently deliver to customers in 9 European countries. At the same time, we are also working on expanding production facilities in other European countries to maintain the locality of the supplied products made from local natural raw materials. Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, and Italy are key markets for our future development. In the future, we would also like to expand outside the EU.

Why did Refork choose a B2B strategy?
Our strategy is unequivocally mass production, and our clients are large distribution companies that have been long-term focused on B2C.
I came to Refork to transform a classic start-up into a standard business and production company. It is the major scale of my activity in the company. In addition, it is what I enjoy doing as this field of work is very fulfilling.
